You are encouraged to gather product ideas into your Favorites List…where you can save them for later. When the time is right, pick the product you would like to purchase and click Buy Now. You'll be taken directly to the merchant featuring the item. Accessing products through us is exactly the same as going directly to the merchant, (same price, discounts, special offers, etc.) so help out the community and click through us when you buy.
All products are suggested by our community of shoppers. Only the best get voted through. Over time, a category's most interesting products move up to the top of the page and the least interesting move down the page until they are removed. This is a system of unending augmentation.

All products are suggested by a community of shoppers. Participants are invited to reorder the products by voting so that future visitors will see the coolest products at the top of the page. This saves visitors time, provides a useful reference point and makes an interesting constructive way for you to shop. Over time, a category's most interesting products move to the top of the page and the least interesting move down the page until they are removed. This is a system of unending augmentation.
We ask willing participants to go shopping "inside" Cool Products to offer opinions on the products currently listed. The easiest way to Suggest a Product is to select the Participate tab at the top of the page and then select either Suggest a Product or Vote on Products. By voting first, you will have an idea of what we have and what is missing in your niche category of interest. At the bottom of the page on Vote on Products is a Suggest a Product button. Clicking it offers an easy interface to input ideas. The Suggest a Product page also offers various tools to aid you in locating great product ideas from anywhere and everywhere on the web. Our moderators make the first approval when a new product is submitted. This way only items that are; 1.appropriate, 2. of high quality and 3. available in reasonable quantities get presented to Vote on Products participants. When a new product is found, suggested and posted to the site, the participant who found it receives credit for the find by having their user name posted beside the product on the product page. Also, before a product is approved and posted we endeavor to form a commissionable relationship with the suggested merchant of that product. Thus, we offer a list of approved merchants on the Suggest a Product page. Once this relationship is achieved, the approved "cool" product is virtually assured of being posted on CoolProducts.com.
On the individual product page, click on the comments tab and post your views. Comments on individual products might be useful to future customers and often are more helpful than the canned merchant or manufacturer's product description.
Our website's content is generated by a network of participants and experts. These great contributors are first invited to Vote on Products to help determine what is cool and to acquaint them with the existing inventory. After voting we ask them to either Suggest a Product or learn more about the category by visiting our newly created knowledge hub: Coolapedia. Here experts and interested parties are asked to help us begin a database of niche trends, insights into "cool", how-tos, links to blogs, clubs, websites, news articles, glossaries, etc., all pertaining to their niche of interest.
